Must really commend their work ethics. They did our reno for us and instead of trying make us opt in for all the unnecessary stuff, they actually worked with us to see how we can cut down the overall costs, which is kind of new since all the other ID we spoke to keep trying to upsell us stuff. Very upfront about costs and charges, transparent pricing. Funny thing was that they were more concerned about the workmanship than us, always going down to check and take photo to update us. Gave us recommendation on the furniture we can get to match the reno. Reasonable prices, no hidden charges, good quality work. Can't really ask for more. No doubts, 5/5 service. Will come back for any renovation work that we need to do in future.

9-5 Professionals is young team but very professional in their service. It is hard to find ID & Project Management so responsive and attentive. I have pretty tight budget & tight schedules. And they are able to meet what I wanted in merely 6 weeks to complete the entire reno. Great works! Updates: 9-5 Professional has this 1-year Warranty of their works which is very rare to me. Despite their good jobs done, they are confident to grant a defect liability warranty. After 2 months I realized there was a 'touch up' work needed for my bathroom door. That was not a defect but the door man didn't do a thorough cleaning after fixing the door. And this 'defect' was immediately corrected. This shows how 9-5 Professionals will indeed honor their warranty.

I am not unfamiliar with Cayden as he was the one who did my mum's minor renovation a few years back. Didn't know he was with 9-5 Professionals when I officially engaged another ID firm for my resale unit or I'd have engaged his assistance! Despite so, he was very receptive to my enquiry on flooring works, did a site visit with me, and went through with me what to expect for such works as well as the estimation of costs. As some minor parts of the walls had their skirting removed during the hacking, Cayden was kind enough to have them fixed up FOC. I am thankful for having Cayden to assist in this last leg of my renovation. His committed attitude and attention to details even though it's just flooring works will be what every homeowner would want to look for. Highly recommend!

Heard alot of nightmarish stories about reno but thankfully none of them happened in my experience with Cayden and team. On the contrary, it was such a pleasant and assuring experience, pretty much fuss free as Cayden took care of all the work from start to end. He ensured everything was done right and according to what we wanted. Not only is he talented, (just look at his designs! ) he brings the drawings to reality! He is responsible in his work and really gets things done. Kudos to him and his team!! Really thankful we engaged him for our renovation and we would definitely recommend him if anyone is looking for a ID!
